All orders placed through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order using the accepted payment methods provided at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Custom and specialty cake orders must be placed in advance as indicated on the order form. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified within \[X days] of the scheduled pickup or delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details such as flavors, design preferences, and allergen information. We are not liable for mistakes that occur as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

We offer deliveries within designated service areas, with delivery fees applied as stated on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for being present at the agreed delivery time. If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer’s unavailability, additional charges may apply. For pickup orders, customers must collect their cakes during store hours. Orders not collected on the agreed date will not be refunded.

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases where the incorrect order was delivered or if the product arrives with significant damage. Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that personal taste preferences or minor design variations are not considered valid reasons for refunds.

 

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product will be completely allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution when ordering.
