In fact, studies show that the majority remain unemployed, not because they lack ability or ambition, but because society doesn’t always see their potential. At Mariana’s Special Cakes, we want to change that narrative. Every order that leaves our kitchen carries more than flavor, it carries a message: that everyone, no matter their challenges, has something special to contribute.
