Refund Policy
Order Accuracy
If you receive the wrong cake or your order is not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will review your concern and, if necessary, issue a refund, credit, or replacement.
Damaged Products
If your cake arrives with significant damage caused during our delivery or handling process, we will offer a replacement or credit. Please provide photos within 24 hours so we can investigate and make it right.
Taste & Design Preferences
Since each cake is custom made, taste preferences or minor design variations are not eligible for refunds. Colors and decorations may vary slightly from inspiration photos due to baking conditions, ingredients, or artistic interpretation.
Cancellations
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
